Let's let the 110th congress know what is expected of them from Day 1. Sign up to join us and stay updated:
Here's a schedule of events:
Jan 24pm-6pm Lobby Training, Location TBD
Jan 3 11am-2pm Walking the Halls of Congress and meeting with Congress Members and their staff.
4pm- White House (Layfayette Park) We will be reading the names
of the Soldiers KIA in Iraq and setting up a visual. We have invited the
Congressional Out of Iraq Caucus to join us.
Jan 4 12pm Rally sponsored by World Can't Wait at Upper Senate Park (Delaware & Constitution, just north of the Capitol)
7pm National Press Club Impeachment Forum sponsored by World Can't Wait, open to public529 14th Street Northwest (one block east of the White House) Speakers to Include: Cindy Sheehan GSFP, John Nichols of the Nation,Michael Ratner of the Center for Constitutional Rights, Debra Sweet of World Can't WaitMC: David Swanson of AfterDowningStreet, With a special recorded message from Gore Vidal
Action in Your Own Towns
1. If you can't join us in Washington, you can print
out the information sheet we'll be using there and take it to your Congress
Member's district office:
Collect signatures on petitions, especially in front of your Congress Member's

Dear Jarnocan,

Thanks for the links and all the great pictures you posted this past year. A bunch of us are headed down to Balboa Park tomorrow.
