Howard Dean's letter/petition re: ROVE betrayal LINK

George H.W. Bush said "... I have nothing but contempt and anger for those who betray the trust by exposing the name of our sources. They are, in my view, the most insidious of traitors." That's from a speech on April 26, 1999.
Someone (at least 1, but more likely in on it) in the BushInc. did a (below from an e-mailed petition from Howard Dean link above)
"treacherous, potentially criminal thing: a senior administration official leaked the identity of a covert CIA operative. They endangered the agent's life and compromised our national security in a time of war."

also feel free to cut and paste these other worthwhile petition/letters you can edit them;

Yes, the things that BushCo does and says, rarely have much to do with each other.

I'm sorry to those who disagree, but I think he is a natural born killer, liar, and will do or say anything at the moment that he thinks will fill his wallet, stroke his ego, or make him feel in control, etc....

I did want to say, though, that I really appreciated your post on my blog. You left me with some information that I had not thought of. That was:

"If Bush is impeached , that would mean a great deal of information will have been revealed, hence Cheney would be gone too. It would be a major shake up- a very good one IMHO."

That's great! Then, what are we waiting for! It also explains something else that I had been wondering about. And that is why, with all the evidence Cheney & them must have against Bush, probably lots & lots that we don't even know about that could easily be leaked to the press and used to impeach him, they didn't already do it, so that Cheney could go ahead and step in.

I thought there had to be some reason why they were waiting. What you pointed out explains that for me.

It is amazing there is so much going on, I hope the media- once having made an opening, will keep the pressure on, and if much more comes out I think we may have a chance a real reform and the return of our democracy.
